Anna Nalick - Breathe (2 AM)



I saw a speaker at a conference that made me stop and think about life. Victoria Something was her name (i know, i'm bad) and her thing was "BREATHE!".

Just stop. And Breathe. Just Breathe.

That was several months ago but it stuck with me and you know what? I use it. I can hear her voice in my head when I get stressed telling me to BREATHE.

She would say it in the voice of some famous guy whose name escapes me, this raspy accented voice and she would do this thing with her fingers, like people use when they pretend to talk like Italian's. It's something I will never forget.

It's a beautiful message. Just breathe. Stop and just breathe.
