Basically the poor thing was wearing the cow suit, peeing on people's porches and generally terrorizing the neighborhood children. Probably she'd been hitting the bottle a little too hard but we all have our bad moments.

I want to meet those cops and buy them a beer.

Note to self: DO NOT WEAR A COW SUIT WHEN DRUNK.
